傳動線設備：螺旋輸送機由機架、輪胎、輪距、輪螺旋角調節機構和動力系統組成。 螺旋輸送機分為：整體式、單組被動式、單組驅動式和雙組驅動式。整體式一般布置在除銹、噴淋、成品出水管站，實現管上下、快速管追、快速落管。在生產線各站場交接處設置單組被動和單組驅動，起到連接各工序的作用。雙組驅動輸送輪胎是在中頻過程中布置的專用鋼制滾筒，由于中頻加熱區溫度不高，應采用實心橡膠輪胎，采用雙驅動以更好地實現生產線上的管道運行。大直徑3PE生產線采用單組傳動。 Transmission line: the screw conveyor consists of frame, tire, track width, wheel spiral angle adjusting mechanism and power system.
